Sales Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Sale apply to every reservation and purchase of a kitten from Dream World Kittens. Please read them carefully together with the adoption contract you receive from us.

Ordering

You can inquire about a kitten through our contact form. We reply within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and answer your questions.

Reservation and deposit

To reserve a kitten, we agree its price, you pay the deposit stated on the page or in our conversation, and we both sign the adoption contract. The deposit holds the kitten for a maximum of 14 days unless a longer term is agreed.

For kittens still with their mother, we generally ask for a reservation once the litter is confirmed.

Price and payment

  • Prices are in USD, excluding delivery unless stated otherwise.
  • Reservation deposit: as agreed at the time of reservation.
  • Balance: due no later than 48 hours before delivery or pickup.
  • We accept bank transfer and the payment methods confirmed in our exchange.

Adoption contract

The sale is subject to a written adoption contract covering the kitten’s identity, price, health guarantee, and the buyer’s obligations as a responsible owner. Ownership passes once full payment is received.

Health guarantee

Every kitten is vet-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed before leaving us. The adoption contract describes the health guarantee and its limits (typically a 48-hour veterinary check and genetic conditions defined in the contract).

Default

If payment is not received by the agreed date, we may cancel the reservation. The deposit is retained only as described in the adoption contract or our Refund policy.

Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections you may benefit from.
