Delivery & Shipping

We want every kitten to travel safely and comfortably. Here is how we handle delivery and shipping.

Where we deliver

We deliver kittens throughout the United States and Canada. We review each delivery request individually to plan the safest route.

How kittens travel

  • Escorted delivery — we fly to your city with the kitten in-cabin, then drive to your door. Recommended for long distances.
  • Professional transport — a trusted, licensed pet nanny drives the kitten in an insured, climate-controlled vehicle.
  • Pickup — you may collect your kitten from our cattery by appointment.

Before the trip

Kittens travel in an airline-approved crate with soft bedding, food, water, and comfort items. We never sedate kittens for travel. Your kitten will have had a final vet check within the days before departure.

Timing

Delivery is usually arranged within 5–10 days after the balance is paid, depending on route and your schedule. We agree the exact day with you and share live updates during the trip.

Delivery fee

The delivery fee depends on distance, transport type, and season. We give you an exact quote before you pay any balance. The fee is separate from the kitten price.

Receiving your kitten

We stay in contact the whole way. When your kitten arrives, check that the paperwork (registration, vaccination record, adoption contract) is complete and that your kitten is comfortable.

Delays

Weather or airline issues can rarely delay a trip. If this happens we will keep you updated and rebook as soon as it is safe. You can cancel and request a refund of the delivery fee if the delay is more than 14 days and a new date does not suit you.
