These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dream World Kittens website and our services. By browsing the site or contacting us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our service

Dream World Kittens is a family-run cattery. We breed and rehome kittens and assist buyers with reservation, adoption contracts, and safe transport.

Use of the website

  • You must provide honest and accurate information when contacting us or reserving a kitten.
  • You may not use the site to harass us, distribute spam, or attempt to disrupt the site.
  • Photos and text on this site are ours or licensed to us — you may not reuse them without written permission.

Availability of kittens

Kittens shown on the site are subject to availability and may be reserved at any time. A kitten is only secured for you once the reservation deposit and contract are completed. Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Deposits and payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten, unless otherwise stated in the adoption contract. The remaining balance is due before delivery or before the agreed pickup date. Deposits become refundable only as described in our Refunds & Returns page or in your adoption contract.

Delivery

We arrange insured, climate-controlled transport across the United States and Canada. Delivery fees are quoted per reservation and are not included in the kitten price unless stated. See our Delivery & Shipping page for details.

Health guarantee

Every kitten leaves with a vet health check and vaccination record. Our health guarantee is described in the adoption contract. We are not liable for conditions caused after handover, such as neglig
